I'm looking for rack mounting enclosures for a project I am working on. Any recommendations on a reasonably priced place to buy them new or second hand.

I literally just need the bare enclosures.

Enclosures for what exactly?
 
Yeah... are you looking for server enclosures? What U value etc etc?
