About two months ago I got caught by Radar on my way back from the garden route. The strange thing is that when the fine came the guy with the Radar was on the other side of the road.

Before I pay this fine:
1. Is that legal?
2. Could it be a mistake? Cause I don't remember speeding at that point since there was traffic.
