Can someone please explain to me what a "radical non-binary trans black activist" is? I found the term from the article :

I thought a non-binary person was someone that isn't definitely male or female. And what does "trans" mean? Transgender? How does someone transition into a non specific gender?

And in any case, why does Qwabe use this phrase, how is that relevant to the situation in the restaurant?

This is basically a short way of saying "I fall into the world's highest minority category and therefore I am the most persecuted person on the planet and therefore everyone should bow before me for everything I say is true and should not be questioned because of said ultimate minority status and if you do not believe and agree with anything I say you are automatically (a) Racist (b) sexist (c) against the revolution to bring power to my minority".

You can have a sex change (physically) but still rather not be defined as either gender. I don't see anything wrong with the phrase.
