I have a quick question,

Let say i do remote support for a living, and there is a chance we will be getting a big contract, im based in JHB, but the clients are located in Rustenburg, Brits, Durban and Bloemfontein, there are about 4000 users, what is the best way of me (or my company) to be linked to these sites?, can we use a normal ADSL line, or is a radio link the best?
It needs to be as fast as possible as there will be ± 14 of u's that wil be doing the support, and uptime is a must

I have had endless issues with Radio links. mostly lots of down time. my one customer was down for a week. would rather look at ADSL.

If it is mission critical to your business then you should be looking at a business-oriented product with an appropriate SLA. This means leased line or more likely fibre as you need speed.

Thanks for the reply,
We do have radio links to some of our partners, but as the previous statement, the uptime is not good, and the speed sucks....

How would i go about getting a leased Line or Fibre?

Contact MTN, Vodacom, Telkom or Neotel and find out what they have to offer. All of the aforementioned can handle what you need. Neotel's fibre prices aren't bad.
