--Give a short explanation of the problem
First off, it was an absolute battle to get a port. After much complaining, one was magically available for me, but I didn't get 2meg as requested. After eventually getting through to someone who can actually upgrade the line, I was told I was given a 1meg line because of "quality issues" and that if I was upgraded to 2 meg that "I wouldn't be able to do anything with my line due to quality issues". Not sure how true this is, but I now have no option but 1meg.
Besides that, my latency varies by ~400ms in the evenings, and I never get my full speed (usually less than 50%).

--ADSL line speed (like 1Mbps, 4Mbps etc)
1Mbps (And can NOT be upgraded any further, according to Telkom)

Mostly after 4-5pm, but it's never any good to be honest.
