hi all, was wondering if someone with some knowledge of radius manager 4 would be prepared to help me out. I run a small ISP and have just transitioned from mikrotiks user manager.

I run a prepaid service whereby data is bought during the month and expires at the end of the month. I am wanting to set up various limits or services in order to monitor clients traffic. The aim is to have services i can assign to each client (eg 1 gig, 2 gig and so on) which will then cut them off once they have used the allocated data or expire at the end of the month.

Could anyone help me out as to how one would set this up? their user manual hasnt been of much assistance and i am very much in the deep end!

Thanks in advance!

Hi All

Confirm you are talking about DMA Soft radius manager?

Very simple.

Login to the interface and create a new service.

Check postpaid or prepaid
Check limit total traffic
See if you need any other options ie. auto renew or if you want to carry over unused data
Towards the bottom set total traffic unit to what ever limit you want to give users.

Thats it.. then assign this service profile to the users.
