So, we are paying R2.61 per litre of fuel for something that isn't happening. Anyone keen in working out an estimate of the total income per day for this farce?

Not sure where you got R2.61 per litre.

Scrap the RAF in its entirety and use that money to create safer roads. Maybe start on lighting. Many roads have zero lights in the evening.

Haha! Sorry.. In anger I misread some parts. But still paying R0.8 per litre for something that they are withholding for the time being is ridiculous.
