Rain 4G Base Stations

Hey guys,
Does anyone know how one could request rain to install a base station close by? My experience with rain is that of pain and frustration. My rain connection becomes unusable after 07h00 every day without fail. It'll pick up again after 21h00. I'm forced to be nocturnal now, in order to be productive.

Here's something that doesn't make sense to me; literally 500 metres from my place, there's a Vodacom tower, which could be used to provision rain services, but alas, I am connected to what I assume to be a congested tower, 4,9kms away.

If there's a rain representative here, please offload some of us from that tower that's far away and provision services to towers close by - abeg.
