RAIN 5g/4g no internet connection

I have had my Rainone router for 2 days now,I know I don’t have 5G in the area so I tried connecting to 4G but the 4G light is red or there is no light at all have moved the router to high places, next to windows and it just won’t work and I am really considering cancelling coz there is no point in having this

If you got RainOne knowing you have no 5G tower in the area then yes, that is pointless. It's meant to be used with 5G and they only enabled it to work again with 4G recently as a fallback. Rain's 4G is VERY slow.
