RAIN 5G a misrepresentation

I unfortunately decided to try out RAIN 5G home and have not been happy since then. I get a 4G connection at best which works, however the router keeps trying connect to a 5G tower, unsuccessfully every 2 or so minutes! this causes the connection to freeze/stall which is unfortunately not a good internet experience. I want to cancel the service but have been unable to do so. @rain_mobile please help me get your promise of unlimited 5G or atleast let me know where to drop off your router. P.S I've already paid R699 but no service so I guess it's a loss for me. @rain_mobile I would not recommend your service at all. love Mrs P.
