Have been client since November and have had debt order since day one with no issues. Get email now saying I missed payment. Anyone else get this recently?
 
I have the R250 LTE package and I'm sitting with the exact same issue. I contacted them on twitter but they literally don't read what you say and just copy/paste generic answers. You aren't per chance FNB? I received a new debit order email from them so I don't know if that stops rain from automatically deducting payments.
