Rain 5G and 2.4G keeps dropping

Hello community.

I just got a new Rain 101 router and the signal keeps dropping constantly. Is this a normal issue with these or am I doing something wrong? I literally got the router on the 11th and I’m already thinking it’s not worth it.

seems to the new service from rain , being complaining for over a month... told to read terms of service . i.e. live with it

Yup I have been having the same speeds starting from 20h00 till about 23h30. My 5G premium service is unusable.
