Rain 5g cancelation

Good day. I canceled my Rain 5g Sim last week. Will they cancel month end or will they only cancel end of next month. Support is useless. I don't get hold of anyone and I need to know before I order my fiber connection.

I cancelled my rain 5G in December, got a ticket, January comes, boom R999 debit goes off, multiple emails were sent, someone looked at he ticket this year January, the router is getting collected today, but guess what, R999 debit again! What am I to do?

Im so disappointed in the serive i have gotten from rain.

like honestly i spoke to Lungile Selepe,Lehlohonolo Mooi,Nacncy Naidoo(THE MANAGER !!!!!!!!!,Tsholofelo Mosili and TEBOGO eho is Lehlohonolo's MANAGER non of them have assisted me they took me from post to pillar

Reverse the debit order bro, only way your getting your money back. Then stop theat card at the bank if need be
