Rain 5G cancellation and router.

So I signed up for Rain 5G in October 2019, and back then the router wasn't "free" as I had to pay an additional R1000.00 to get the router. Not long after I signed up they changed their tactics and started with the "free to use" routers.
Now I'm cancelling my 5G and they want to collect the "free to use" router and I'm of the opinion this is not a "free to use" router as I paid R1000.00 to get it, now I know the router is much more expensive than that but that isn't the point.

Anyone else been in this situation?

Hi it such a nightmare canceling Rain 5G not to mention the pathetic service you pay for a whole month but you sit without internet and now they keep sending me messages to pay I do not want them to debit me I will not recommend anyone to go with rain I just want it canceled they can collect their free wifi also I really don't care I just want this pathetic service canceled all they are good at is taking peoples money what a rip off and when there is a problem no one bothers to call or even respond please I need this canceled immediately.

After numerous amounts of sending cancelations this is the messages I get I need this canceled immediately my email address is [email protected] contact me immediately!!
