Rain 5G cancellation info

By which day of the month does a person need to cancel their Rain 5G so that they aren't charged again if their payment date is on the 1st ?
Specifically, if I want to cancel so I don't get billed again on 1 August then by which day of July do I need to log a cancellation request ?

Hi @NR7

Please note, that you may request to cancel any time in the month,

However, your last bill will be the 1st, or whichever payment date you chose because we bill you in arrears.
