Hi

I have a submission tomorrow and I need the internet for referencing. The rain 5G router has WiFi on but 5G and 4G strip keeps flashing green in a slow sequence and has no internet.

Good Morning
Please PM me your email address linked to your rain profile.
So I called rain, they advised me it’s because of a network being down in my area. I have nothing to do but wait. It was fixed 2 hours later. The actual rain started raining again and now the signal is lost again.
So please inform me now that this will be a frequent occurrence with every Cape Town weather rain so that I can cancel this. It’s not even June yet.

How was the signal with the heavy rain we had this week in Cape Town?

Rain has no effect on 5G.

Unless your device is installed wrong and taking on water it’s not a concern.
