Rain 5G for 699 a month

I see the rain prices has dropped.

On the specs it is showing only 30mbs? Anyone know why is that. I am in the middle of 5g signal and haven't tested yet. I am also in the middle of 4g and get less the 10mbs. So I am a bit worried on ordering

It's a different package, soft limited to 30mbps, the R999 package is still there.
