So my rain 5G premium is garbage again. The only premium about this 5G is the fact that the router can get wet.
Since this NSA/SA cr#p started my connection drops from full bars to 2 or 3 and it wont work for like 10 to 15 mins. Happens normally at night time.
When i read about the NSA/SA i changed to SA immediately. I also see my tower is SA.
Why can't the internet just work normal. I had all the 4G packages i can think of, all hot garbage. I had 5G standard, hot garbage and 5G premium AND still hot garbage.
Guys i just want to watch my Netflix, and my kids want to watch Larva without interruptions. If i want to play warzone with the oaks, i want stable ping.
Please don't ask me to move the router around. Its on the roof, 0.6km from the tower with a clear sight of the tower. I moved it slightly to the left, slightly to the right. Still interruptions.
So last time my issue was actually on your towers, so please go and fix it again. I'm not going to play around in the settings as nothing has been changed except for the SA thingy and I'm not climbing the roof again as last time it didn't work either. Just go to your tower, flip the switch and let me have normal internet.
