Not sure if this happened to anyone else. I signed up for Rain 5G home premium as part of their Black Friday deal (R499) at the beginning of December.
On the 29th I changed to the 5G home basic package since I wanted to keep paying only R499. Thinking that it's before the end of the month and the bill is due on the first of Feb only since I paid R499 at the beginning of Dec. They change to post paid billing after the first month.
Today my data just got turned of. Meaning I am connected, but the router has no Internet.
Also on my profile it now shows that I owe R870. Which does not make sense.
Did this happen to anyone else?
I logged a ticked with their support but no reply today.
Still without Internet.
