Rain 5g No internet

Hello,
Its the 3rd day now on Rain 5g with no internet, phone their support number no answer, whatsapp number ask me to call 081 number which does not answer.

Aanyone with similar experience, what was the solution you found? Did all the troubleshooting protocol still nothing. Please help.
