rain 5g no network connection no help received

Dear Rain Management,

MY NETWORK CONNECTION has been off and still waiting for your assistance. Please improve on your service
 
Every month if not fortnightly, I do not enjoy network connection on my 5G router. I am without network connection since 22 November 2024. Sadly, my work has been on standing still since. I call rain customer care daily for help and each time promised that my case has been ascalated to the network team but, they never revert to you. I have been waiting for their call back in vain I am just not getting the service I pay for. Isn't ther an ombudsman for IT providers? Rain needs to be taken to task their business has no customer interest. I will not pay for December until my connection is addressed and I will show you they will cut my service within a day of not paying but fail to address their disservice with the same urgency. It's time rain is shutdown!
 
rain is known widely as one of the worst ISPs in Africa.
They will not be taken to task, TIA, big business enjoys a free pass here, you should know that by now.

Have you turned your router on and off and is it aimed at the window...
Thats my experience with Rain tech supoort... Move on if you can.
