Rain 5G Not Detected By Laptops

Some of our Computers can't connect to the Rain 5G router. Two laptops and One Desktop. The Laptop lists every other WiFi network nearby but not just our Rain 5G. The PC used to connect until Monday this week. Today it showed an error, I have attached a screenshot.

The implication of this is we had to find another router with a different network provider. The machines that can't connect to Rain have to print via USB.

How can this be fixed?

Order laptops and dongles only have 2.4G capabilities. I’d imagine that your Rain router has both 2.4G and 5G bands, but if it doesn’t you’ll need to buy 5G WiFi adapters (plug-in USB sticks).

I am having issues as well since Windows 11 trying to connect to 5G on my router (not RAIN). I have tried every fix there is on the Internet but cant get it to work. It worked yesterday for an hour. Then it stoped working. Only thing I haven't tried yet is upgrading to Windows 10.
