Rain 5G not working!

Does anyone know what to do, out of the blue it stopped working. The 4G and 5G lights are all off only the wifi light is on.

It’s still not working today. 4 bloody days. All they ask you is a PM message of your email and do nothing about it. I was boasting 5G speeds and that seemed to be short lived cause I’m cancelling mine as soon as they give me a reply. The ticket logged is blocking me from cancelling
