Rain 5G Premium not updating apps

I need some help. I have rain 5G and I get speeds between 250Mbps - 400Mbps. I can have multiple devices streaming at a time in high quality. But that’s not the issue I have.

The issue I have is that whenever I have apps to update on my iPhone or my Mac, it just don’t update it. Sometimes it will update early morning but if I miss that window I have to use vodacom mobile data or telkom data.

And as mentioned I have great speeds but for some strange reason I can’t update apps on iOS or Mac AppStore. And weird thing is I can download new apps from the App Store in both iOS and Mac. But as soon as I have an update for apps I can’t update.

Hope someone can shed some light on this because it’s frustrating. I have fast speeds I can download and watch anything but I can’t update apps.
 
What dns settings are you using? Have you tried changing this and seeing if it makes a difference

I have no idea how that stuff works. Can you guide me? Also are you allowed to change those settings on the rain routers?
 
I’ve got the same problem. Received my Rain 5G package today. Can’t update iOS apps. Surprised no one less is talking about this. I’ve reported the fault, but you end up sounding crazy. Any update regarding this would be great.
 
Is there any notification or error when updating?
