Hello, I am looking for some help setting up my Rain 5G router, lights are blinking but no internet. Can anyone on this forum perhaps assist please or point me at some Rain representative?

Should stop blinking if it locks onto a signal. @rain_mobile and @rain_networks are the reps. but go through the rain thread and prepare for a wait..

has the the sim been rica'd and you got comms that its active? log onto the rain dashboard to see if you connecting to a tower. you can also log into the router and post your signal stats. check the rain threads for similar 5g queries as well.

Thank you very much. I believe it was the area I tried it in, assume it just could not "lock onto a signal" at all

Did you move it around the house and was it able to get signal?

Actually I took it to a completely different building/area (as in from Woodstock to Goodwood, Cpt) just to try as a test and now it connects without issue

Yep. Check 5g coverage and even in coverage areas the router needs to be in an optimal spot for good signal.
