Rain 5g Router with Telkom Lte sim

Are all rains devices blocked?
Can I use my uncapped lte telkom sim in one of their routers?

Perhaps @cavedog can shed some light?
 
The indoor 5G cpe pro yes. The outdoor unit is locked and maybe the cpe pro 2 is also locked not sure.
