Rain 5G SIM card Not Activated

I’ve collected rain 5G router and a SIM card today around 11:11, 2021/07/12 from the courier company offices CCD Couriers and the system says the Sim Card will be activated within 2 hours from collecting/ delivery , it is now 18:30 and the SIM card still not activated. Can someone help me to get it activated
