RAIN 5G sim card not in the parcel

I ordered the 5g home standard on 17th Nov and received it on the 21st. It was delivered at work and there was no time to check contents. Only when i opened the box I found out there was no SIM card in the box or in the router. But it is RICA'd under my name and can see it on my profile. How do I go about it? SIM swap?
