RAIN 5G STILL NOT ACTIVE AFTER 36 HOURS :(

Hi there , i received my Huawei Rain 5g pro on Monday , my device still has no internet connection and Rain support is not getting back to me , all ive been told is that they cant help me due to updates on the server ? please help im at my witts end , i also need to update the firmware for my wifi device and cannot do so without the internet

Did you provide the RICA docs upon delivery?

Mine was automatically activated by the time I had opened the box, never needed to lift a finger or access a portal or anything.

Yes i did its says on my rain account that the device is active but alas no connection
