After numerous days on the phone with Rain’s pathetic support team . Still no resolution to my issue . So in April I made a partial payment but I paid the full amount before the new bill came out . I even sent Rain my bank statement to prove that I have paid them but my bill shows I owe a double payment . The idiots in the call centre say one thing then I correct them and then they change their entire story. I’m gatvol this has been going on for 2 months now .
