So I'll hang on for a couple of days, then I'll cancelThere is an alarm on one of the site in the area.
I will check with the networks department what is the issue
Yeah people are complaining a lot about the same ZTE 5G routers, it’s badly engineered. I’ve seen a lot of people got their routers swapped for the HUAWEI or OPPO router.ZTE make very sht routers, ask them to swop it for one of their Huawei routers.
Depends on where you are ; I can get significantly more than 80 Mbps down on 4G / LTE at times, through Telkom.I got in touch with rain on facebook and they resolved my issue yesterday. It is way better than 4G. I get minimum of 40mbps download speeds and it can go as high as 80mbps.
Rain 4G won't get above 20mbps that's why I decided to upgrade to 5GDepends on where you are ; I can get significantly more than 80 Mbps down on 4G / LTE at times, through Telkom.
I have the same problem. Been waiting since Thursday last week still not workingLess than 24 hours after delivery. My router has a red light indicating no network. What a scam
Mine had had the red light from the box, collected it this morning and if it's still not working by tomorrow morning I am cancelling and taking it back.Less than 24 hours after delivery. My router has a red light indicating no network. What a scam
Generally 5G is crap at those distances, can’t you rather use a 4G router, more stable and faster at distances like those?I have been using Rain ZTE 5G router with my 4G sim, it was great all along connected to 0.37km away which is close tower, but now is very slow connected to 2.23km away tower which is very far and affecting my speed very much, from 35mb/s to 2mb/s download speed and 17 mb/s to 0.68mb/ uploading speed. any help please.
Pretty much but phone Rain tech support and ask, maybe there’s some work aroundOhh so no solution?
