I have recently purchase a rain 5G home WiFi router. After installation indoors, it worked fine and a few days later the two green lights for 4&5 G started started flickering with no network connection. I have contacted their support group with no response. Can someone help
 
Hey, Petzero.

Which model router do you have?

Try doing what the 'support' team would have suggested as a solution... reset the router. This will force re-register to tower.

Be warned, you will need to go through the config steps again.
