Ladies/Gents is normal to get a maximum of 200mbps down and 30 up

When you are not even a kM away from the tower, by the way signal from the rain optimizer site says signal is excellent even the onboard network optimizer is on 95%.

Please send a couple of speed tests pic guys with how far you are from the tower.

This is what i used to get before lockdown.

I am 600m from tower (CPE is indoors though) and these are some of my tests

Odd that lan is less - have you tried different cables?

Nevertheless at the range your speeds should be higher - i'm assuming you have done all the general troubleshooting (moving CPE, locking 5G, changing the antenna index etc?)

Can you post signal stats from CPE perhaps?

Hi, I am a little confused as to what the questions is, what are you currently getting UL and DL and what is the question - excuse my lack of understanding but I just want to see if I can help!

Hi,
My rain 5G worked great for the past month, but stopped working yesterday. Rain does only offer online support and an automated reply to my e-mail said they will reply only between 24 & 48 hrs.
Its now been 30 hrs without reply and I cannot afford to wait any longer...my kids need internet access for school...online tests etc...surely there must be other ways to get in contact with them???
Please help!

Yes tried 4 cat6e and 2 cat 5s
Yes even put the router on the balcony.

Used to get a dl of 400/420 and UL of 20.
Before lockdown. From lockdown till today i get a max of +- 200 dl so was asking if it’s normal wanted to see the average speed people get.
