Hi everyone.

I am working in Cape Town using Rain 5G. My speeds and connections are fine on my devices except my laptop. My laptop is connecting to my works VPN in the UK and it is disconnecting every 2 minutes and slow speeds.

Appreciate suggestions on how to fix this issue.

Call the UK and check if the cleaning lady isn't unplugging the server rack to use its plug for her vacuum cleaner. Problem seems to be your off-site service.

The CPE allows you to set the MTU. It's default is on 1500 and that seems to work fine without any issues.

Does the 5g session not add any overhead? Or does the backend run at more than 1500 mtu?
