Rain activate

If you got your SIM from one of our partners (Takealot, Cosmopolitan or Pargo), please select the ‘activate SIM’ button on the rain landing page and follow the 4 simple steps.

Remember, you will need to follow the simple RICA online process to complete activation, so make sure you have the following:

  • Your South African ID document or smart card ID
  • Proof of address not older than 3 months
  • A smartphone
 
Can anyone give me advise on what I can do to get my 5g sim activated? It's been 24 hours now after receiving the delivery and the sim is still not activated. The rain portal still shows the order as queued for delivery, @rain_mobile and @rain_networks are ignoring my messages and Rain support just gives me a support ticket. I'm close to just canceling everything and requesting a refund.
 
I used to be subscribed to Rain a couple months back, I then cancelled but wish to subscribe again, I have router everything , do I just add package to cart and pay then it’ll be activated once more?

I'm experiencing the same thing and they don't even answer my mails I'm thinking of canceling this is giving me unnecessary stress
