Rain activation phase...

I recently got my sim card and and as i was activating it, i could'nt pass the payment side, what it does is, i enter my card details and everything, do the confirmation on my side but nothing happens, i've tried on 3 different bank cards and they're all registered for online purchases. I don't know what to do now, i did my best, my concern is what if the amounts go off on all the card because nothing happens afterwards it just says redirecting, redirecting till the screen turns blank.
