Rain After 12pm

I have noticed after 12pm Rain seems to be unusable, seems throttled that i can't even send screenshots on telegram it stays like this till about 5pm then speeds start to return to normal im in PE i dunno if anyone else has experienced this.

does happen sometimes, they actively throttle and restrict as and when it becomes necessary.

Ive had my internet crawl along, and Ive had it fly at the same time.
so it all depends on where you are and how busy the network is.

it started around the middle of last month it seems like its actively been throttled that speed test was taken with the phone placed at the reception sweet spot in the morning i was getting around 8mbps with the phone placed on my laptop where i get the worst signal.

but i think its the tower i am connected to when i was in cape Town at the V&A waterfront i was Shooting and Sending 4K60 HDR10 videos and sending them like they were gifs so its probably a local thing.

i am on B3 1800mhz i have tried B38/40/41 but LTE didn't even attach
