Hi,

Just thought I'll share this, I've found a supplier that is selling rain all-hours uncapped at like R750pm. I figured the only way they can do that is by manipulating the peak-hour budgets to cross-subsidising users using only a little peak-hour data to users using more - sound kinda risky (and admin intensive) to me and I wonder what will happen if they fail at any point in time to deliver service - I suppose just excuses till enough time has run out then continue the practice.

What are your opinions on this?

I know its rain they are selling because I have a friend that gave me all the details and bought one. He is in an area where there is no Telkom available.
