And there was ZERO wind yesterday and that particular part of Portnet is surrounded by tarmac so the sun bouncing off there would have been horrificI did a quick search and WMO 68817 is Portnet container dock terminal in Cape Town harbour. It is not really 'next to' the Atlantic, and in the middle of a dense urbanised area (heat island effect).

Relieving cold front over Long Beach mingling and building since around 11h00.Surface moisture levels are quite high, with fog patches likely at times along the coast over the next few days. This will make conditions feel more humid, even though temperatures will decline somewhat.
The Milnerton webcam shows mist/fog patches over Table Bay around midday today:
