Rain and Telkom Email Account SMTP settings

I was a previous Telkom ADSL user and have now switched to Rain.

My email is still being hosted by Telkom for the time being.

I am now trying to setup my Outlook email to send and receive emails from Telkom. The POP3 Telkom settings work perfectly, but not the SMTP settings. I have tried a whole host of suggested SMTP configuration settings which I have found on the internet, but to date no luck whatsoever.

I would appreciate assistance with this problem.
