Rain Billing Help

Hello everyone

So on Thursday I decided to pay for my rain sim which I wasn't using for the past 4 months or so the bill was R475 but I was on the R250 unlimited spend limit was R0 I decided to pay anyway now I'm done paying my spend limit is R0 and my unlimited off peak is off amd i can't turn it on , on their website or even increase the spend limit ,it keeps saying error amd i tried calling numerous times and all they say it they will escalate it I evem contacted the rain rep here but no answer frustrating this is no I paid for a sim I can't do anything with
 
I have had this message on my dashboard before and it usually resolves itself by the 3rd of the month. Today is the 4th and it's still coming up although my internet has not been cut yet.

"Oops! Looks like you haven't made a payment yet

Your account is in arrears by R250

To get back online please pay now or pay later"

I have been a customer for over a year and never had debit order issues. They always seem to take my money without providing a service.
I definitely have money in my account and all my other debits have gone off fine by the 1st.
Anyone ever had this and if you pay manually will they then bill you again later in the month?
I am not sure what to do as I don't want to be switched off but then again I don't want to pay twice for this crappy service and have to spend half the year trying to recover it.
