Rain billing issues

Hi I'm having a big problem with Rain services in general. I bought a 5g router in March 2020 and it worked properly for 1 month and stopped working 1st April 2020 I kept reporting the issue but they begin a chat and end it without solving the issue, they keep billing me for a non-functional device and its been 4 months. Please advise on what I should do next

Hi, i had the worst experience ever with Rain, i signed up for LTE unlimited for R479, this thing does not work at all, you will be lucky that it will work for an hour without any issues and then dead again. I CANCELLED THE SERVICE BUT THEY ARE STILL TAKING MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.
Now they are not replying to me to reverse the debit, this is fraud, now that we dont have any money due to the pandemic, they want to steal our money.
Please advise what i can do to get my money back?
 
Most banks facilitate a dispute (via the app / online banking) on any particular debit order that is less than 60 days old.

The bank said only Rain can reverse this payment, its not actually a debit, they have my banking details so they just deduct which is fraud. i did not sign up for debit.

Hi Mark , i would need your email address which you can send via PM , also just wanted you to note that if you cancel a sim the cancellation only takes effect the first of the next month, since we bill in arrears so that will be the cancel of the sim and the last bill as well.

I will not be in arrears. When i signed up, i paid in advance, when i cancelled they said it will take effect the following month, so i had to use it for another month, it is not working from this month the 1st, i wasn't supposed to be debited.
 
Good day I also have the same issue with tain and them not allowing me to cancel my subscription....someone suggested that I should just ghost the account and last month they did not make any transactions and I thought it worked but today they made a transaction and I need the money for something else instead
