Hi I'm having a big problem with Rain services in general. I bought a 5g router in March 2020 and it worked properly for 1 month and stopped working 1st April 2020 I kept reporting the issue but they begin a chat and end it without solving the issue, they keep billing me for a non-functional device and its been 4 months. Please advise on what I should do next
