Rain billing issues

Hi guys ,name is Zenydea. I applied for rain for the second time , and mind you this I a student so I won't always have money. So I applied for rain in order to do my assignments and other personal stuff but since I can't always have money to pay,I couldn't pay on Jan and Feb. I planned on paying this month and when I logged in , I'm expected to pay 1525 bucks. I only paid on December and when I checked on Jan it was around 525. Mind you I got the 500 home internet. So I shrugged it off and thought I'd pay later on. Then it did this thing of being connected some other days and offline on others. Come Feb ,I was charged 1025. I was a bit shocked but though maybe they charged for the few days it was on which was surprising cos I didn't even use that much of it , I can't say I even reached 5GB. And this month after making up my mind and thinking to pay the money and try to settle for the 250, I found my account running at 1525 and it was not connected for the whole of Feb,so I just gave up there and then. Can someone please try and explain to me why so much billing when it states that it is not a contract Sim?

If you don't always have money to pay, why have the service?

Please go to Spar, Checkers and do the same thing.

I think I remember stating I needed wifi for my studies , and as a student I have no fixed income. So I was expecting to pay sometimes when Im really in need of it or when I have enough. Honestly I was expecting more of a helping hand ,than a cold shoulder
