Rain billing me even though sent me message Im not allowed use it

Hi,

My rain sim got damaged so I called rain to order a new sim card, when the courier company came they couldnt give it to me because my residence permit had expired, I was at the time currently waiting for it to be processed. I received my permit and emailed rain that i wanted to send the my updated permit to them and Rain informed that I cant I have to have a valid S.A id or passport so I asked them to cancel it and they havent responded and are still billing me knowing I dont have that and they approved my documents at first and now they dont want to. How else can i get cancel rain from billing me? Ive stopped using the bank account I gave them but right its saying I owe the R2000. This is crazy
