Rain - billing usage issue

I have decided to give their uncapped product a test and turn off my usage from 17h50 - 23h10 every day due to the number of complaints there are over billing. So true as bob i have been billed for usage every day, exactly the same time for exactly the same amount of data. Every day at 18h00 rain states i have used 5mb (On the dot, time and usage) EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Now my question is how is this even possible? Has anyone else experienced this or know a reason as to how can i be billed for such specifics like clock work?

I have escalated the matter and awaiting a response.

13.99 GB peak

Impossible considering I have scripts that switch off the router.
Wish they had a bar chart so I could pin point when my router supposedly downloaded 14GB during peak times.

No device is not powered off, however what ever it was has now stopped thankfully after escalating issue
