Rain billing

Hi All.
I ordered and paid for my rain 5g on the 20th July does this mean ill be invoiced again on the 20 August? I cannot get gold of rain at all.

Please note that if you paid for 5G on the 20th of July, then your next bill date will be on the 1st of August which will be a pro-rata amount of those 11 reminding days left in July or less as we only charge you from the day you actually get activated.
So the above 11 days or less will be your first charge which will come off the initial upfront payment that you made, and the remaining balance of your credit will go towards discounting your next installment on September 1st.

Our billing always takes place on the first of every month regardless of your start date, hence the need for Pro-rata charges.
