Rain Billlig Issue

I didn't use Rain during the entire month of June because my account was in arrears from the previous month. I just settled that amount but now it says I owe R250 for the month of June even though I wasn't using it? Can someone explain?

It's not really a billing issue if your account was legitimately in arrears. That would mean your service was suspended due to an unpaid account, meaning you'd still technically be liable to pay for the month of June unless you requested cancellation for the end of May.

So I would say it's at their discretion as to whether or not they credit you. That said, given that it's most likely impossible for you to cancel your service if your account is in arrears it would probably be in their best interest to credit the amount for June.
