Rain cancelations

I made an immediate cancelation last month,paid the 250 rand and was told that my last payment would be this month December.I made the payment today instead of paying on the 25th as scheduled because I honestly just wanted this over and done with.Why does it still say I'm due for payment in January again when you guys said that this month would me my LAST payment???I'm not even using the sim anymore so why do I have to pay for it if I'm not using it.What's more annoying is that you guys don't even have good service do why should I pay for that
