So about 2 weeks ago i logged onto the Rain portal and cancelled my service. Message on the portal was " Scheduled for cancellation effective from 3Sep 2018.
Today i logged on again to check if the cancellation has happened, and behold, no cancellation has taken place. Called the Rain call center and was asked if i had proof that i cancelled it or an email that was sent to me when i cancelled, i have received no such email from RAIN. Said they would investigate and get back to me.
Re-canceled my service again today , now it tells me "Scheduled for cancellation effective from 1 Oct 2018 ", and still did not receive an email confirming this.
Anyone else have a similar issue?
