I cancelled my subscription in November, but rain still debited my account twice already. The fact that the payment order doesn't appear on debit orders list is sus, I can't stop the debit order from the app. There is literally nothing a consumer can do to stop Rain from debiting their accounts. I even tried updating my banking details to the virtual account, but that didn't help either. I've logged numerous queries since November to no avail, and now the question is, will they continue to debit, will I ever recoup the amounts taken.

Seriously disappointing service.

Hi @promisencb

Please provide us with your email via PM | https://mybroadband.co.za/forum/conversations/add?to=rain_mobile

@rain_mobile lol i tagged you like 2 months ago which you ignored.

all i asked is why you guys at Rain keeps doing this to customers. you always keep billing people after cancelation and then we need to fight to get our money back. this problem has been going on for years now and you still do it.

According to Rain they are worth billions.
Why they have to steal a couple of hundred rand is beyond comprehension.

Icasa assisted me years ago, I just had to email them proof that I had cancelled and that MTN was deducting.
